Can still be prosecuted at say the state or federal level even if you don’t leave the city/town to use the drugs.

The states according to the constitution can nullify any federal law they dont agree with. Unfortunately though, the federal government just ignores this and goes about prosecuting anyway and gets away with it all the time. Until more states start standing up for themselves, the federal government will continue to do as they please which is NOT a good thing. South Carolina for instance has a bill in thier state legislature that will allow the manufacture and sale of incandescent light bulbs within thier state. Which directly opposes the federal ban on incandescent lights. More states need to do things like this to keep the feds in check. Im really hoping in virginia that the “obamacare” health care laws are stricken down with a vengeance cause other states will soon follow suit.
