Ladies Would You Date Someone With Two Dismissed Charges on Their Record?

Question by Hue-manLay-dee: Ladies would you date someone with two dismissed charges on their record?
specifically possession of weed and a recommendation of a Virginia substance abuse and alcohol program?

I mean does it mean they may be a little wild to have these charges in the first place irregardless of if they were dismissed?… also they were early 20s with these charges
i think she is a pothead and alcoholic …
Gosh this is so hard for me, i am falling hard for her but i dont know… i hate this, i want to fall for her anyway but ive been so cautious so far why wreck it now…even if it could be love

Well, it would depend on a lot of other things. If they had a substance abuse problem I would most likely not date with them, charges dismissed or not. If they merely were a pot smoker who got pinched/was a casualty in the War on Drugs, it wouldn’t bother me one bit. I’d rather date with a pot head than an alcoholic. I have no issue with someone zoning out in front of the TV and eating frooty loops out of the box in the privacy of their own home. I have a huge issue with someone drinking all of my beer and then running wild through the streets raising holy hell.
