my mother is wanting to know if she can send her brother who is 30 to a drug rehab place but she does not know if only a sister can do that or if she needs the parents to sign the papers. my mom is 34 and is blood related to her brother not related by law.
he he threatens to beat his girl friend and sends death threat’s to my mom and grandfather ( his dad )

no she can not.
he is an adult and does not have to go if he doesn’t want to.(maybe if he was a threat to someone, it would be different)
