Does Anyone Know a Holistic Pediatrician or Family Doctor in Virginia Who Accepts Medicaid?
Question by Carshena: Does anyone know a holistic pediatrician or family doctor in Virginia who accepts medicaid?
[rewrite]Does anyone know a holistic pediatrician or family doctor in Virginia who accepts medicaid? We live in Norfolk and we don’t believe in vaccines . We try to live as natural and organic as possible and would like an pediatrician who agrees or at least won’t kick us out for it. I have two boys 7 and 4 months and i wish i would have never gotten my oldest vaccinated and i made the mistake of letting my youngest start getting them. I told my kids doc my decision and he looked at me like i was crazy, talked down to me like i didn’t know what i was talking about, and then told me he couldn’t be there doctor anymore! Please help!

Ask a midwife, go to a LLLI meeting, or go to a HFS to get a referral.
You should have a list of doctors who accept medicaid.
Legally they cannot turn you away if the doctor accepts govt money for treating you, but they will feel it is their place to harass, harangue, and bully you into accepting unnecessary drugs and procedures.
Many of these doctors do not accept insurance nor do they accept new patients.

Holistic doctors dont take Medicaid. You have to pay cash at a regular clinic or get regular health insurance. You should drop Medicaid if you are looking for that kind of care. You posted this question a couple of weeks ago. No doctor has to keep a patient if he chooses not to do so. Doctors who practice conventional medicine do their utmost to convince you that you are wrong and they are right.
