It is a choice you are making. Take responsibility. You must want that – or you wouldn’t choose to do it. I know that isn’t much help – but you have to want to be straight or all the rehab talk doesn’t matter at all. Set a goal and stay focused on it.

stop lieing for starters, take rehab seriously and either clean up your act and live a productive life, or at least shut up and die quietly.

Stop!
And Squat!
No, just kidding, tell the truth.
What are you protecting if you’d lie to make sure you don’t go to rehab or jail when you’re going to die if you continue? Makes sense?
well… go away some wher(with out the drugs)
and stop lieing about the urin test,,, ur only hurting yourself.
find somethoing better then drungs maby?
tell the people at the rehab. if you keep doing drugs chances are you will die but if you get true help now you can work things out. tell the truth.
Maybe you should go to a better rehab center. and you should consider finding out why you are actually taking the drugs. What are you avoiding? Think of reasons why you want to stop. If you don’t stop it will most likely kill you.
before you have to do anything you have to believe and be willing to do something it will be hard but you can do it if you want to.
Of course you can stop, but only if you want to. If you don’t want to stop, then you’ll certainly not wake up one morning completely devoid of the urge to use. You got yourself into this mess and now you are going to have to get yourself out of it.
One question, though: what’s the point of being in rehab if you’re using? Why not give up that spot to someone who actually wants to get better? You’re just wasting time and money right now.
im just getting of them as well, ive gone 3 whole days. just keep pushing into your head that no matter how shitty you feel at the moment (as in being sober/withdrawal) that will pass and you will feel normal again. just think dude, you keep doing it and everyones gonna hate you and you could die in a blur
you need to go to an over night rehab so you have no way to do them.
if you dont have enough money to do that, it’s all about will power. ive had to do this before. it was the hardest thing ive ever done. depending on what youre doing, the difficulty may vary.
good luck!
You know what you have to do, you just have to do it. That includes getting away from the people that you associate with that are getting you the drugs. It’s all up to you. If you don’t you will DIE or end up in the pen. Your choice.
you need to keep seeking help like you are, you need to be totally honest with everyone about everything so that your counselors and family know what kind of problem they are working with..honesty and self control..anything to keep your mind off of the drug, even if its 20 minutes, cravings usually subside after 20 minutes (unles its a physical craving for methadone, cocaine, etc../) do some exersizes whether if its running in a cirlce or jumping jacks, it will relieve anxiety and get the endorphins in your body flowing
acknowledging that you have a problem is great, most people dont do that, they hit rock bottom over and over over until they realize “what the fuck am i doing?”
get a trusted friend, family member, or counselor that you can call when you want to use, that will help a little bit, but i think you really should check into a 30 day rehab program, if you are willing to get clean, your family, friends, and job will understand..
You need see the good your life has, even at this point. You need to take life for what it is, one day at a time.
When is the last time you really enjoyed a television show for what it is and not what you perceive it to be through a cloud? When is the last time you really laughed for the sake of laughing? Having a relationship with someone and remembering half of what has gone on?
When is the last time you made a goal for yourself and actually attained it? What goals do you have? A car, your own place, maybe the ability to sit in a park and actually hear the birds chirp? These things are here for you when you let go of drugs..
The road of life is hard, and when drugs wear off, it gets harder. You end up playing catch up. Either decide to pay your dues now and really earn the things you want, or die.
I am afraid it is really that simple.
Good Luck!!!
I know its harsh but you will die. Stick with the rehab or find another program that can help you. There’s lots of people that can support you through this difficult time. And there’s lots of people that are going through the same issue. Drugs can be one of the most dangerous and addictive things in the world. I highly do not suggest continuing. I suggest talking to your doctor. Slowly cut back on the amount you take. Not only is it hurting you, it’s hurting the ones you love and the ones that love you, do you think they want to see you die? That, should be enough to get you to quit but i know its very difficult.
Good luck bud. All the best.
ok….. you should try and stop immedeitaly because they r going to figure out one way or another and then youll b in drug rehab longer and i dont think you would want that…. so i suggest you to stop… and you cud also die from over dosing. =[
