I live in Virginia Beach, VA and im 14 and i get it for being clean from drugs from a year (dont jugde) and i have my mom’s permistion to get my belly button pierced. But you half to be 15 years old here but i turned 14 in september how do i do it help?! (you half to be 15 with parent permission here) and do NOT tell me to ait i will get it tomorrow i just need to find a way ..
