I Need to Get Divorced but Have Some Legal Problems That I Need Help With.?
Question by xxyy: I need to get divorced but have some legal problems that I need help with.?
I am currently living in West Virginia however I do not maintain a residence because I have been living in my car. I work full time and goto school full time. I have been seperated from my husband for about 10 months and there is no chance of reconciliation as he is addicted to drugs and that is something I cannot live with. He has left the area and I have no idea where to locate him. Rather than drag his drug addiction/lying/cheating through the courts I would just like to file abandonment. Does anyone have any advice on how and where I would be able to file this? I am close to the WV, OH and PA borders but all 3 states have residency requirements. I don’t have a house but I have a post office box.
Thanks!

if you dont plan on getting married any time soon i would wait until you finish school or atleast get a house or apt…you dont mention kids so i quess there are none .. but i would look into getting into a shelter of somekind.. maybe the local police would know of one or the salvation army .. look in the local phone books under shelters for women and good luck..living in a car must be so hard.. also some cheap motel rent by the week. at a cheap price..start calling around and try to get out of the car
