I Think I’m Addicted to Weed? Please Help Me With This Question?
Question by Kyle: I think I’m addicted to weed? Please help me with this question?
[rewrite]I heard that weed isn’t physically addicting but I really think I’m addicted mentally. I used to only do it once a month or so but now that I get it on my own, I’m doing it at least a couple of times a day. I used to be very cautious of doing it because my job does random drug testing but that doesn’t even bother me much any more. All I think about anymore is packing the pipe and getting high. I also noticed that I haven’t been sleeping good ever since I started doing it every day for whatever reason.
What do you think of this?

Look bro, just try to keep yourself mentally occupied with other games (I.e. video games, trips around town, etc) second if its causing you that much trouble, try to break the habit (moopsta) is an idiot apparently, it can be fun but if it interferes with your life, do something to change it

See you have a problem. You need to cut back. try replacing weed with something else like and activity for a while.
1) you must not stop cold turkey over night,if you try it you can be prone to panic attack, give it a 2 months reduction routine and stop it over time. 2)exercise yourself about 10000 steps a day for about 4 times a week within my stipulated 2 months interval. 3)take a copy of cofee every day to deal with panic attack, heat palpitations, but reduce the intake about 25 days to ending youa weed habit, 4) take juices and liquid milk. 5) eat as much salads as possible. 6) take brownies. 7) get yourself busy with entertainment and do stay in the public not alone. 8)if you have reactions then prescribe alprazolam/xanax. I researched and also bought the guide from http://www.famzyworld.com's addiction page on how to quit weed and im now weed free. You can get yours as well. I will like to see you end yours. Bye
