They’re not going to have an adverse reaction if that’s what you’re asking, but I would think taking them in tab form would reduce they’re usefulness (I assume you’re taking them for some sort of intestinal cleanse thing, you’d be better off drinking magnesium citrate)

Firstly, read the entry at drugs.com for pysllium. Not everyone can take it. Some drugs interact with psyllium so if you are on any medication you will need to consult your pharmacist or doctor first because psyllium may reduce or delay the absorption of certain medications. Regarding asking your pharmacist or doctor first….the same applies if you have a medical condition.
Apple cider vinegar is usually taken just before eating or with food. It my aid digestion. Whereas psyllium husk is usually taken inbetween meals as it may interfere with the absorption of nutrients in food. So no i would not take them together. Anyhow, read the labels and you should generally take as directed.
You need to drink lots of fluid when you take any kind of fibre supplement. Not posting this to frighten you, as it is more of a rarity but psyllium husk as a supplement has been linked to intestinal blockages… or bezoar formation ( http://www.healthsystem.virginia.edu/internet/digestive-health/nutritionarticles/practicalgasto1.04.pdf ). ….i would think one would have to take an awful lot for that to occur. But just bare in mind you need to drink plenty of water to avoid any problems.
If you eat plenty of veggies and fresh fruit, and drink enough water, and have no constipation issues you shouldn’t need to take psyllium. And with constipation….it might be better to avoid tea and coffee because the tannins in these might worsen constipation.
