If you need something more, you can contact your county and based on your income, there are programs you can get into for free. Go to an AA meeting, they can help point you in the right direction.

I don’t know where you live, but in England there are many places where there are free treatments, upon referal from A GP.
But like someone else mentioned, there’s always AA, thats not real treatment, but you’ll meet many other’s in the same situation, and it is based on Support from other members.
