Shelters Appropriate for Me in Virginia?

Question by Julie C: shelters appropriate for me in Virginia?
I have to move to VA (around Norfolk) but I have no money, bad credit, no bank acct, no car, etc…I do have a prepaid cell phone that will hold up for at least a month until i can get a job. i’m trying to make a list of things to do so that I am prepared, but I was wondering what options I should look into for a place to live? I’m not abused or on drugs so I was trying to stay away from places like rehab homes ? any suggestions?
