Question by Jake S: Can a juvenile probation officer come to your house and drug test you?
I’ve heard recently that my juvenile probation officer has gotten into trouble for showing up at peoples homes and drug testing them. I doubt it’s true, but she used to show up at my house at least once a month and randomly test me. Since I heard this information she has since stopped showing up and I just go to the scheduled meeting for a test. I’m wondering if she really has gotten into some trouble for this and what it could have been for. I live in West Virginia by the way.    Read more...
