What Class of Misdemeanor Is “Night Time Use of City Park”?

Question by : What class of misdemeanor is “Night time use of city park”?
I got a ticket last thursday and charge with “night time use of city park.” in Virginia Beach. What class of misdemeanor would I get? The ticket says it’s a criminal offense. I didn’t know that the parking lot is not part of the Mt. Trashmore. And there’s no posting time or sign that it’s closed whatsoever. This is my first violation. There were no accidents, drugs, alcohol, or possesion of firearma related. Please help me. I’m getting nervous. This is my first ticket or offense. I don’t want my life get ruined.
