Is Arkansas the Only State That ” Pays Off” Its Single People for Having Babies Out of Wedlock?

Question by Sizzlin Sammy: Is Arkansas the only state that ” pays off” its single people for having babies out of wedlock?
In Arkansas, these people suck off the State by getting rental assistance, food stamps and claiming kids at tax time that aren’t even theirs.I am so sick of this!!!They drive nice cars and have diamonds on their fingers at the same time are selling drugs and living the Life. The people that go into “rehab” also get food stamp benefits..And I guess that’s why our streets need repair so badly.Pardon me while I vent !

What Happens if You Violate Probation & Charges Are Pressed?

Question by Jerlond: What happens if you violate probation & charges are pressed?
My boyfriend is a very depressed and suicidal person sometimes. When he drinks he gets kind of violent. I received a phone call from him saying he was in the hospital because he drank too much and took klonopin, when his mom got home he got angry because she found out and i guess they started fighting and he tried to go for the knives. He said He violated his probation and that he might get put on formal probation. He’s only 17 And we live in the state of PA, He says he doesn’t know if the cops are pressing charges or not & that he could get sent away. Lets say they do press charges for violating probation, what happens then? Does he get sent away? Go to Juvenile jail? Goes home since he’s underage and just get formal probation?

Can You Join the CG if You Have Been in Alcohol/addiction Treatment?

Question by Tikka G: Can you join the CG if you have been in alcohol/addiction treatment?
I’m trying to find out some info about whether the Coast Guard will accept someone who has gone through alcohol/addictions treatment. If you are honest on your SF-86, it shouldn’t be a problem as long as you finished the treatment and are discharged from the facility right? Thanks.

GREAT question!!

This is one that needs to be asked to a recruiter – but until then, I am sure there would be some sort of waiting period, like at least XX years between when the person was released from treatment until they could sign the paperwork to enlist.

Is This Moral Cartels Use Kids to Breach U.S. Border?

Question by THE GREATEST GODDESS JILL: Is this moral Cartels use kids to breach U.S. border?
Drug cartel members are using a variety of fronts and subterfuges – from fake tamale stands to child decoys – to gather intelligence about enhanced U.S. border security and exploit weaknesses to send in people and drugs, according to a new report obtained by The Washington Times.

The findings, by the U.S. Army’s Asymmetric Warfare Group, underline the growing threat to U.S. security from a porous border. Mexican drug cartels continue to probe for gaps in border defenses while fighting one another and Mexican authorities in a violent conflict that has killed more than 7,000 people in Mexico since the beginning of 2008. U.S. authorities also worry that terrorist groups could exploit vulnerabilities in border security.
