well one thing is that in hospitals they can get properly treated and detoxicated from an drugs that are in their system, in jail they will not get that type of service.

I believe some do. Or a work kind of program. Like in our local area, the people who come out of rehab, go to Denny’s. The best advice I could give is to ask. Call around. they even have rehab for people who cannot afford it.
