How to Legally Deal With Someone Who Is Terrorizing Entire Neighborhood?

Question by CassandraM: How to legally deal with someone who is terrorizing entire neighborhood?
There is a new neighbor who has completely turned our neighborhood upside down overnight. He’s already been arrested for breaking into three homes in this area, but incidents of vandalism, threats, and attempted break-ins continue to occur throughout the neighborhood. Nothing like this ever occurred before he moved here. He can be seen pacing almost manic-like in his yard for hours at a time. It’s when he disppears from sight that things start to happen. Everyone is angry or afraid, and we want to take our neighborhood back…but how do we do it and still be legal?

What Percentage of Americans Are Drug Addicts? What Percentage Use Drugs Regularly or Casually?

Question by Newcomer: What percentage of Americans are drug addicts? What percentage use drugs regularly or casually?
Is your answer just a guess or based on actual statistics. Why do you think so many people have the need to “get high”? I feel drug use only adds to the underlying problems that drive one to drug use in the first place. (I’m relating to so-called hard drugs, alcohol, and prescription drug abuse – have I left anything out?)

Why Are People So Quick to Criticize Mitt Romney Because of His Wealth but Not Obama’s?

Question by Garrett Perez: Why are people so quick to criticize Mitt Romney because of his wealth but not Obama’s?
Cause Obama is rich and there are a lot of rich democrts out there like John Kerry and Hollywood actors or singers. This is straight up hypocrisy. So Romney is rich, it’s because he is a successful business man. At least he didn’t steal people’s money. Democrats are so quick to judge Mitt Romney and rich republicans but not rich democrats. Obama is rich to why aren’t people criticizing him? Why judge him at something he is successful at?

Capital Punishment Essay Help?

Question by Nicole: Capital Punishment Essay Help?
Hi! I am writing a (against) capital punishment essay/speech and I would like to have some feedback. Tell me what you think!

The Deadly Truth

In America we pride ourselves on our sense of freedom and equality that is in the air but there is one thing that still plagues our society; capital punishment. Repealing the death penalty would benefit our economy, it hasn’t been proven to be an effective way to keep criminals off the streets and even convicted felons deserve a second chance.
