Specifically for a friend who has abusive parents who verbally abuse her and psychologically try to control her. it matters what kind of drugs, how old the person is, and how seriously addicted they are. if someone does weed once a month with their friends, it wont affect the family much. but if someone is setiously into heroin, the person will need a lot of money to buy the heoin in the first place, theyll be very emotionally unstable, and might have to go to rehab. which will shock everyone in the family and make some parents feel guilty and other parents angry. well their are a lot of problems that come from drugs. didnt even mention health and health bills

Other then the court, probation and police department. They sent me to a treatment center, to a counseling service and a privet business for drug testing. Could I list these “agencies” in my petition to seal my records?

I quit smoking weed when I found out I was pregnant, but I know drug tests are mandatory here and a failure is required to be reported to CPS, who show up at the hospital when the baby is born and revoke custody pending 3 months rehab. I haven’t touched weed since the day I found out, but my doctor takes a urine sample every time, and I’m worried about the first and possibly second visits to him where I submitted urine. I think they do the drug test later in the pregnancy and the last tests were just UA’s but I would like to be sure.
