Question by Brandy: My ex bf is on drugs lives in west virginia I live 3 hrs away in Pa I need custody advice for newborn due May.?
My son is due on May 16 via c-section my questions are after we do a paternity test. Do I then file for full custody and child support. Cause the Dad comes from a good family he is just not a good person. He does drugs and I have text of him admitting to using and admitting to selling and pictures of him smoking a blunt and out of a bong and he got caught with 5lbs of Marijuana Jan of 2010 but says he is gonna walk cause his uncles a lawyer and he has connections. Also he is from West Virginia I live 3 hrs away in Pennsylvania So what I wanna know is when I file for custody and if they grant me full custody because of the drug charge how do I get the judge to drug test the dad before visits and have them supervised because he still uses and it’s not just weed it’s anything he can get his hands on. And he thinks it’s ok to use around a baby he told me this while we were still together. And he has had three car wrecks last ur from being on drugs. The only thing is he uses that flush to clean his system out so his test are neg. and I know this cause he gets tested for work and actually failed on in sept and got kicked off of the job.
