I need some fun activities to keep them entertained, these activities shouldn’t be too complicated, at least easy enough for kindergarten kids to understand. they would have to send out a clear message too! were trying to teach them about preventing drug abuse! thankyou!

What Type of Qualifications Do I Need to Work at an Addiction Rehab Centre?
Question by Kait 😀: What type of qualifications do I need to work at an addiction rehab centre?
I’m currently in the process of getting my BA-H in Psychology. I want to be a counselor in an addiction center. Not the person dealing with any medicine/ drug withdrawl or biological issues, more on the psychotherapy end of the spectrum. Finding out what happened, why it happened and how to help them get better.
Do I need to become a psychologists (PhD) Or can I do this with a master in clinical psych/ counseling psych, Master of Social Work?

Pay, for one.
Most social workers I know, and I do know a few being we went through the adoption process in foster care, are talented people with great hearts that want to help rather than make a boatload of money.

Social worker, as in.. Something along the lines of helping with children, or domestic violence, or counseling. Teaching, as in.. English, or history, and possibly coaching a high school sport.
Pros/cons of both? What is a better career? Any opinions welcome, thank you.

How to Recover From Emotional Abuse?
Question by Alexa7575: How to recover from emotional abuse?
I was emotionally abused by my parents as a child and had a pretty messed up childhood. My first year in college really helped me to heal, but now that I am home for the summer, I keep having terrible flashbacks. I’m like that, like sometimes it takes even something little, like a sentence on a slide in class, that triggers an extreme emotional response (like sadness and crying). How can I come to terms with my past and learn to love myself?
