i need to find a website that can tell me about the legal rights people living in the state of Virginia have. and also the laws of Virginia regarding underage alcohol and drug use while an adult is present. basically i need to know what can happen if someone is found letting kids drink and smoke in his/her house. this is for a research paper so i need to have real, reliable sources. thanks!

I hve heard about it here and there, and I cannot believe it. How can drugs come into a place like that? Oh and what type of drugs are most commonly abused?

Drug abuse and distribution is a serious crime throughout the United States. Drug abuse may be hard to detect, but distribution can be punished very easily.
