In order to become substance free, addicts can follow a five-step plan. The first step is to recognize the problem. The following steps involve wanting to be healthy, joining a support group to contact at any time for help, and choosing alternative behaviors to replace the addictive behaviors. The last step involves a good nutrition and exercise plan. Your project for this week is identify one step in the treatment plan. 1. can someone tell me like the most commonly used drugs even if its like a medicine thats abused…could u list them in order from like the one thats least harmful to the one that is the most??? also if there are multiple names for them could u please tell me….also could you tell me how they are used…like all the ways but also if u coould tell me which is the most common way.

i’ve smoked herb for a long time. im healthy and successful…and i won’t be dying of cigarette-related cancer anytime soon, either. know the facts: there are zero reported marijuana induced deaths per year. AND i’ve never tried any other drugs in my life. so, if you want to label anything as dangerous, label the ones that warrant that label: alcohol and cigarettes. not to mention the people who find a better alternative to prescription drugs in marijuana to relieve pain caused by such things as cancer, glaucoma, MS…the list can go on.
