I Need to Have My Tooth Extracted, but I Get Panic Attack….?

Question by maheman: I need to have my tooth extracted, but i get panic attack….?
Hi
Actually, It’s my friend who has a broken tooth and need to have an extraction. He is overseas in middle east.
He can’t do an extraction here because he gets panic attack. He needs to be unconscious or hypnotized or any new methods.
I have a question.
Has anyone have any idea?
How should he do it when he gets panic attack?
If he needs to be unconscious, how much does it cost?
By the way, he lives in Virginia, Virginia Beach
Thanks
