What Are the Trick-or-Treat Laws in Georgia?
Question by HKBarbiegirl: What are the Trick-or-Treat laws in Georgia?
My boyfriend and his family want me to take them trick-or-treating on Saturday, but I’m not sure if Georgia has any kind of laws against certain ages trick-or-treating. Our ages are 31, 22, 19, 18, and 15. I doubt me (22) and the oldest (31) are going to be asking for candy, but I don’t wanna get picked up for taking older kids trick-or-treating if it’s illegal.
Also, I need to know if there are designated times for trick-or-treating in GA?
I know each state has different Halloween laws. I used to live in Virginia Beach and kids who were over 12 weren’t allowed to wear masks in public/for trick-or-treating.
Help me out? And please, don’t leave any mean/rude comments. I’m just trying to find something fun to do with my friends for Halloween that doesn’t involve drugs and alcohol.

I know my friends went trick-or-treating when we were in high school. We were upwards to the age of 18. Just no masks and such most likely as it could be illegal. I couldn’t find anything on google that seemed appropriate but maybe you could just call the local police department as well. They’ll know best obviously. And watch the newspaper, they should have some articles.
