Will Getting Treatment in REHAB for Drug Addiction Risk You Losing Social Security Disability Benefits?
Question by June: Will getting treatment in REHAB for drug addiction risk you losing Social Security Disability benefits?
If a person who receives Disability through Social Security goes into treatment at a drug facility (rehab) for a drug addiction, will they RISK LOSING THEIR MONTHLY BENEFITS from Social Security?
Would they also lose any other assistance such as Food Stamps or Medicare Insurance?
*** Anyone who can HONESTLY offer some information about losing monthly benefits if going into treatment for drug addiction, PLEASE HELP!! ***
If it helps, I live in OHIO.
